Strong for Life is a monthly online strength coaching program to help you:

What will it require of you?
| First step: Fill out an intake questionnaire so I can design your custom program |
| Second step: Schedule your kick-off call with me (available weekday or weekend mornings Mountain time) |
| Throughout your coaching: Track your program through an easy-to-use app or website |
| Submit your weekly check-in form and come to your monthly coaching call |
| Be open to learning and trying new things |
| You do NOT have to “stick to the plan” perfectly, and I don’t expect you to! |
