Strong for Life is a monthly online strength coaching program to help you:

As part of Strong for Life, you’ll get:

  • A kick-off call with me to go over the exercises in your program
  • Monthly coaching calls to address challenges, update your program, and monitor progress
  • Weekly online check-ins via a form you can submit at your convenience

  • Form reviews via videos you can submit at any time
  • Unlimited support to ask questions and get guidance

What will it require of you?

First step: Fill out an intake questionnaire so I can design your custom program
Second step: Schedule your kick-off call with me (available weekday or weekend mornings Mountain time)
Throughout your coaching: Track your program through an easy-to-use app or website
Submit your weekly check-in form and come to your monthly coaching call
Be open to learning and trying new things
You do NOT have to “stick to the plan” perfectly, and I don’t expect you to!
