My online yoga classes through Traverse Yoga are always open to the public – and they’re only $10!
Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced class designed to help you improve your strength and mobility, connect to your breath, and find deep relaxation. Enjoy a well-rounded practice interwoven with teachings from yoga philosophy, and leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Classes have some wrist-bearing components, but no sun salutations.
