About Me
Hi, I’m Jen!
I help women aged 35+ who are ready to re-commit to their well-being, through fitness, nutrition, yoga, and mindful living. I’ll show you how to move on from the binge-and-restrict cycles and get rid of the all-or-nothing mindset, so you can create a lifestyle that will help you feel your best for years to come. Build your strength, confidence, and overall well-being so you can live the life you have imagined.

Why Me?
There are lots of online yoga teachers and fitness coaches out there. But if any of the following resonates, I might be a good fit for you:
Mindful: I bring yoga and fitness together to give you the best of both. I LOVE working with yoga practitioners who are looking to get stronger and balance out their yoga practice, and anyone who wants to take a mindful approach to their fitness.
Customized: I design programs for you, to meet you where you’re at and help you grow from there. That’s why you’ll never have to worry that your workouts will be too hard, that you’ll get too sore, or that you won’t see results.
Comprehensive: I take a whole-person approach. Well-being isn’t just exercising, or just practicing yoga, or just eating vegetables. It’s all that and more. I don’t just give you a workout program; we’ll address every aspect of your life that affects your well-being.
Science-Backed: Everything I practice and preach is evidence-based. There is an enormous body of scientific research on health and well-being, and that’s what I use to help you – there are no trends or fads here (even if they look cool on social media).
Sustainable: I help you develop a lifestyle you’ll want to sustain for the long-haul. I’ll never tell you to cut out sugar, exercise every day, or get up at 5am (unless you want to). Instead, you’ll learn to work out effectively, build new habits, and focus on the things that make a difference.
Transparent: I will never push you to buy overpriced products, unnecessary equipment, or unproven supplements (and most of them are unproven). And my prices and the services I offer are always clear, so you can see exactly what’s available and take your time in deciding how and whether we work together.
