Live Well for Life is a 3-month online coaching program to help you:
- Build the muscle mass, bone density, & mobility you need as you age
- Develop a nutrition strategy that works for you
- Create lasting habits that make sense for your life
- Cut through the noise on all things wellness, nutrition, & fitness
- Stay accountable to the changes you want to make in your life
- Feel better and live well!

What will it require of you?
| First step: Fill out an intake questionnaire so I can design your custom program |
| Second step: Schedule your kick-off call with me (available weekday or weekend mornings Mountain time) |
| Throughout the 3 months: Track your program through an easy-to-use app or website |
| Submit your weekly check-in form and come to your 4 calls with me |
| Be open to learning and trying new things |
| Provide me with honest feedback about your experience |
| You do NOT have to “stick to the plan” perfectly, and I don’t expect you to! |
