Live Well for Life is a 3-month online coaching program to help you:

  • Build the muscle mass, bone density, & mobility you need as you age
  • Develop a nutrition strategy that works for you
  • Create lasting habits that make sense for your life
  • Cut through the noise on all things wellness, nutrition, & fitness
  • Stay accountable to the changes you want to make in your life
  • Feel better and live well!

What will it require of you?

First step: Fill out an intake questionnaire so I can design your custom program
Second step: Schedule your kick-off call with me (available weekday or weekend mornings Mountain time)
Throughout the 3 months: Track your program through an easy-to-use app or website
Submit your weekly check-in form and come to your 4 calls with me
Be open to learning and trying new things
Provide me with honest feedback about your experience
You do NOT have to “stick to the plan” perfectly, and I don’t expect you to!
