What is a coaching call?

A coaching call is an opportunity for you to talk through any issues or questions you have regarding health, fitness, nutrition, yoga, and well-being. You’ll come away with clarity, a plan of action, and the resources you need to take your next step.

Your Next Step call can be used to:

  • Discuss your specific struggles and obstacles
  • Break down conflicting advice you’ve gotten
  • Find out why you’re struggling to lose weight
  • Learn how to perform specific exercises
  • Identify lifestyle factors that are affecting your health
  • Learn how to track macros
  • Break down specific yoga poses
  • Discuss yoga philosophy and texts
  • Ask ANY questions you have
  • Anything else you want to address!
